Daikatana 64 is an immersive, 3-D first-person action game that packs as many challenging puzzles as it does fantastic weapons. As you travel through time tracking down Mishima, you'll have to make use of the weapons and items you find in each era to overcome the many traps and enemies waiting to crush you. The items and weapons that you find and use in the game will depend on where you are in the history of mankind. For example, during the Dark Ages you might find a magical staff while you might find a missile launcher in 21st Century America. If all of this sounds a bit like another one of those first-person shooters, consider this--Daikatana 64 will feature role-playing elements. As your character explores and completes the 32 stages in the game, he or she will gain experience, increasing his or her defensive and offensive powers. Sharpen your skills and you'll be a hard target to hit in any era. All of these enriching details are not limited to the incredible game play--Daikatana 64 is Expansion Pak compatible, which means you're going to be dazzled by the stunning high resolution graphics and floor-thumping 3-D sound. You'll even feel the action when you plug a Rumble Pak into your Nintendo 64 Controller.
