With classic titles like Bionic Commando and Super Street Fighter II Turbo seeing high-profile remakes coming this spring, it seems that what once was old is new again. Here’s a list of great remakes that build on their original counterparts, making them worthy of a second look:

 

Final Fantasy III
The often forgotten entry to the franchise, Final Fantasy III on the DS marks the first time the game has been readily available to North American audiences, with brand new graphics to boot.
